I am looking to let the room from September this year but if the right person comes forward prior to that date I will consider it.I am looking for another single reliable professional person to house share with. Erasmus Students undertaking teaching/ work placements are also very welcome.I lived away for years and returned to the area a few years ago and so have been renting rooms in other peoples houses for years and have missed having a housemate.
